Launch of PMKVY Batch on world youth Skill day 15th July 2015

JK centre for Technician Training, Kanpur has added one more feather in its cap by becoming Training Partner of Capital Goods Skill Council (CGSC) which is a sector Skill council (SSC) of NSDC (National Skill Development Corporation).
Thus the Institute is working as training partner for Pradhanmantri Kaushal Vikas Yojna (PMKVY) for imparting training to the youths & hence assisting in placement in fitter & welder courses. This scheme was officially launched by our honorable prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi on 15th July 2015, on the occasion of world youth skill day for skill development in India at vigyan Bhawan ,new Delhi.
To celebrate the day, the Institute started it’s 02 batch of fitter- fabrication consisting of 40 candidates. The program was initiated by Mr. Ashutosh Tiwari (Manager JKCTT) by welcome introduction of Mr. Lalit Khanna (Head of Operations, JKCTT) to the trainees.
Mr. Khanna interacted with the trainees & told them about the need of the skill development in our country at present & motivated all the candidates to attend the classes regularly & prepare your mind with positive attitude for going to work anywhere they get opportunity of placement after their training is completed successfully.
The Centre is already running 02 batches of 50 candidates in Fitter & welder.
